Melanie has over 20 years of private industry experience in key roles of leading financial operations. Most recently providing financial, human resources, and operations leadership as CFO for a domestic multi-state organization.

Melanie began her career in public accounting as an auditor at Ernst & Young, gaining experience with a diverse industry client base. She moved to a local tax practice and gained experience with personal, business, benefit plan, and non-profit tax issues.

In her free time, Melanie enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
